CATLIN INSURANCE COMPANY (UK) LTD.
- Presidio Reinsurance Management Limited has an agreement
- with Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Limited ("Catlin"),
- an international specialist insurer and reinsurer, under
- which Presidio will underwrite disease carve-out products,
- such as Organ Transplant reinsurance. The business will be
- developed in conjunction with Tethys Health Ventures ("Tethys")
- of Hunt Valley, Maryland USA, who will provide managed care,
- network management and specialist care management.
