Benefit period includes 10-45 days prior to and 365 days post transplantation
No deductible or coinsurance required
$5,000,000 limit per person per year
Customized provider network utilizing national centers of excellence to complement a client’s existing contracts
Flexible medical management alternatives to augment a client’s existing services through the Presidio PULSE^TM Medical Management Program
Integrates with existing reinsurance programs
Premium payable per person per month
Programs offered include risk transfer only or full carve out options which include managed care, network management, specialist care management and administration
